VP of Product (Remote - US)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Blockworks. We are currently looking for a VP of Product in United States.

As VP of Product, you will play a central role in defining and executing the product strategy that drives innovation and impact in the crypto ecosystem. This is a high-visibility leadership role, reporting closely to the founders and collaborating across Product, Data, and Research teams. You will own the roadmap, set ambitious goals, and deliver products that solve real user problems while scaling with the business. This position requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution, with a deep understanding of crypto-native challenges and opportunities. Accountabilities:

  • Lead the Product, Data, and Research functions, ensuring strong alignment with company vision and growth objectives.
  • Define, communicate, and evangelize a bold short- and long-term product vision.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by integrating user insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence into product strategy.
  • Own the product roadmap, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to drive seamless cross-functional execution.
  • Establish clear success metrics, track performance, and foster a data-informed culture.
  • Implement systems, frameworks, and processes to enhance decision-making and accelerate delivery.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a world-class team of product owners and managers.
  • Represent the product function at the executive level, aligning stakeholders and guiding trade-offs with clarity.
  • Proven track record as a crypto-native leader with deep experience in the industry, actively engaged through multiple market cycles.
  • Extensive experience scaling SaaS products in high-growth environments, ideally building platforms from the ground up.
  • Strong background managing product teams and multiple product lines in collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Sales.
  • Ability to identify patterns in user behavior, extract insights, and translate them into innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional skills in strategic prioritization, systems thinking, and clear communication.
  • Hands-on leadership style, capable of inspiring teams while actively contributing to execution when needed.
  • Bonus: experience at the intersection of media, data, and analytics, or developing tools for institutional investors or crypto-native operators.
  • Competitive compensation: $250,000 annual salary.
