Vice President of Marketing (Remote - US)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Springboard Hospitality. We are currently looking for a VICE PRESIDENT OF MARKETING in United States.

This senior executive role is responsible for defining and executing enterprise-wide marketing strategies across a diverse portfolio of hospitality properties. You will lead brand development, digital engagement, and loyalty initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and ownership objectives. The position requires collaboration with executive leadership, operations, and commercial teams to drive demand, optimize revenue, and strengthen customer relationships. You will oversee marketing analytics, campaign performance, and enterprise-level technology adoption while mentoring a high-performing marketing team. This is an ideal opportunity for a strategic, data-driven marketing leader with a passion for hospitality and brand innovation.

Accountabilities

  • Lead enterprise marketing strategy, brand positioning, and storytelling across all properties.
  • Drive digital marketing, paid media, CRM, loyalty, and guest engagement programs to maximize awareness and revenue.
  • Partner with executive leadership to integrate marketing initiatives with commercial and operational goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analytics, and KPIs, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop marketing talent at corporate and property levels, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
  • Lead marketing initiatives for property repositioning, renovations, and brand transitions.
  • Oversee strategic partnerships with agencies, media, and influencers to amplify brand presence.
  • Ensure marketing investments are data-driven, measurable, and aligned with long-term growth objectives.
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with at least 5 years in senior multi-property or corporate roles.
  • Proven track record in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brand marketing, including brand growth, demand generation, and market positioning.
  • Experience influencing executive-level decisions and working with ownership groups.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience building, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Expertise in digital marketing platforms, CRM, CMS, social media, SEO/SEM, analytics, and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional creative, analytical, strategic thinking, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly for property visits, meetings, and industry events.
  • High executive presence, communication, and influencing skills, with flexibility to thrive in a dynamic hospitality environment.
