As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth resolution of technical issues and maintaining a positive user experience. This role involves responding to support requests across multiple channels, monitoring alerts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions. You will have the opportunity to contribute directly to customer satisfaction while also supporting product improvements by sharing feedback and identifying recurring challenges. With a mix of technical expertise, problem-solving, and communication skills, you will help optimize workflows that have a meaningful impact on healthcare outcomes.

Accountabilities:

  • Provide responsive technical support for both technical and non-technical users via phone, email, chat, and text.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud-based and on-premises systems, including virtual machines and networks.
  • Collaborate with customer IT teams and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of technical cases.
  • Document, triage, escalate, and close support cases according to SLAs, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Participate in a shared 24/7 on-call rotation for system monitoring, maintenance, and urgent support.
  • Collect and share user feedback to contribute to continuous product improvement and feature development.
  • Serve as a trusted resource to customers, maintaining professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
  • 2+ years of experience delivering SaaS technical support and customer service to external clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across phone, email, and chat, with proven documentation ability.
  • Hands-on experience with networking (local and cloud), AWS services, virtualization, and iOS/Android apps.
  • Familiarity with Linux system administration is preferred.
  • Experience with healthcare interfaces, integrations, or medical imaging (DICOM) is a plus.
  • Background supporting regulated software (e.g., FDA-compliant medical devices) is a plus.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT to enhance productivity and problem-solving.
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to remain calm, clear, and solution-focused under pressure.
  • Hourly compensation: $36 – $39, plus stock option eligibility.
