We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex delivery initiatives across enterprise systems and technology platforms. In this role, you will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. You will serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors, balancing scope, budget, and quality requirements. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in ERP, EAM, FSM, or similar systems, combined with exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Define and manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams, including solution architects, developers, analysts, testers, and change managers.
• Apply structured methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) to manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and quality standards.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, maintaining governance documentation and status reports.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and vendor contracts to ensure financial compliance and project profitability.
• Facilitate client engagement, status reporting, steering committee meetings, and executive decision-making.
• Promote continuous improvement through lessons learned, quality audits, and process optimization initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of project management experience, with a focus on utilities, energy, telecom, or oil & gas industries.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects with ERP, FSM, GIS, ADMS, CRM, CIS, BI, or Data Warehouse systems.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CSM, CSPO, ITIL, or PRINCE are highly desirable.
• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies and SaaS or system integrator environments.
• Strong understanding of utility operations, asset management, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated leadership, team building, and mentoring experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required (domestic or international).
