Technical Consultant (Remote - US)

As a Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in helping organizations unlock the full potential of their software solutions. You will work closely with customers to understand their technical challenges and deliver tailored solutions that drive efficiency and impact. This role offers the opportunity to combine deep technical expertise with problem-solving creativity, supporting projects from concept to implementation. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on best practices, and ensuring successful adoption of complex technology environments. Collaboration, learning, and innovation are at the heart of this position, which operates in a dynamic, fast-paced technical setting.

Accountabilities:

• Deliver exceptional onboarding and enablement experiences, guiding customers through product setup, prototyping, and key feature adoption.
• Design and develop technical solutions, translating customer requirements into actionable, high-quality software implementations.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert, documenting and recommending best practices, and promoting effective use of software solutions.
• Advocate for customer success by identifying challenges and providing recommendations for improvement internally.
• Support technical problem-solving, proofs of concept, and continuous process improvements for customer projects.

• Proven experience mapping customer requirements to software solutions and providing technical consulting for data-centric web applications.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, Content Management Systems, and development environments such as Git, Eclipse, or Visual Studio.
• Technical proficiency with some or all of the following:
• Data: SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres, Oracle, NoSQL, REST API
• Back-End: Java EE, ASP.Net MVC, C#, Node.js, Spring Boot, Python, Shell scripting
• Front-End: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Vue, Angular, Bootstrap, Material
• Operating Systems: Windows, Linux
• Environment: AWS, Azure, Containers
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
