Solutions Architect (Remote) (US West)

We are seeking a Solutions Architect to serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers, helping them design, implement, and optimize secure API and web application architectures. This role bridges the gap between technical solutions and customer requirements, supporting both pre- and post-sales activities. You will collaborate closely with account executives, sales engineers, and product teams to deliver hands-on demonstrations, proofs of value, and strategic guidance. The position offers exposure to cutting-edge cybersecurity technology in cloud-native and multi-cloud environments, with opportunities to influence product direction and ensure customer success at scale. Accountabilities

• Partner with account executives and sales engineers to identify and qualify business opportunities and address technical objections.
• Manage technical relationships with customers, including product briefings, proofs-of-value (POVs), and coordinating technical resources.
• Deliver hands-on demonstrations to showcase the value of solutions in customer and partner environments.
• Recommend best practices for API security, application architecture, and infrastructure to ensure successful deployments.
• Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams and assist in creating documentation, implementation guides, and enablement materials.
• Contribute to RFPs, technical questionnaires, and security reviews while relaying customer feedback to product and engineering teams.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for technical aspects of solutions, mentoring and supporting other team members.

• 3–7 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Architect, Security Consultant, or Sales Engineer).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, NGINX, and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of application security, API security, API management, SIEM, DevOps/DevSecOps, or web application firewalls.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to convey business and technical value effectively to all levels of management, including CISOs and technical staff.
• Self-motivated, driven, and able to quickly learn emerging technologies, methodologies, and cloud solutions.
• Must be physically located within the regional time zone of the position.
