Accountabilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance software solutions in a distributed architecture environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business goals and client needs.
• Implement real-time and asynchronous systems leveraging event-driven architecture.
• Maintain operational excellence by following best practices in software design, testing, and deployment.
• Clearly present technical concepts, designs, and project progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in software development, ideally within the FinTech sector.
• Strong proficiency in coding, architecture design, and software development principles.
• Expertise with major cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and distributed systems.
• Experience in real-time systems, event-driven architecture, and high-volume transactional environments.
• Proficiency in Java and familiarity with messaging systems like JMS, Kafka, or MQ.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience with Groovy, Bash, Python, or GenAI/AI technologies.
