In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs that span multiple engineering, product, design, and Go-To-Market teams. You will be responsible for driving alignment across stakeholders, ensuring program goals are met, mitigating risks, and maintaining visibility into key metrics and KPIs. • Drive end-to-end delivery of complex programs, ensuring alignment across Engineering, Product, Design, and Go-To-Market teams.
• Develop release plans, track progress, identify dependencies, and sequence work effectively.
• Proactively surface and mitigate risks and issues, escalating when necessary to leadership.
• Maintain stakeholder visibility, track KPIs, and ensure consistent reporting of program outcomes.
• Lead post-mortem analyses to capture lessons learned and implement process improvements for future initiatives.
• Support team-level execution by facilitating Agile ceremonies, coordinating dependencies, and enabling technical decision-making.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement solutions to enhance team productivity and delivery transparency.

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager delivering complex technical programs or products.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and engineering processes.
• Proven ability to align program execution with Go-To-Market strategies, ensuring cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Product, Design, and GTM teams.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and driving execution across multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates ownership, and drives continuous improvement.
