This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager in the United States.

In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs that span multiple engineering, product, design, and Go-To-Market teams. You will be responsible for driving alignment across stakeholders, ensuring program goals are met, mitigating risks, and maintaining visibility into key metrics and KPIs. This position offers the opportunity to influence cross-functional processes, optimize Agile practices, and enhance team productivity while managing the delivery of high-impact initiatives. The role requires a combination of strategic oversight, technical understanding, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your work will directly contribute to the company’s ability to deliver innovative products and exceptional customer experiences.


Accountabilities:
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of complex programs, ensuring alignment across Engineering, Product, Design, and Go-To-Market teams.
  • Develop release plans, track progress, identify dependencies, and sequence work effectively.
  • Proactively surface and mitigate risks and issues, escalating when necessary to leadership.
  • Maintain stakeholder visibility, track KPIs, and ensure consistent reporting of program outcomes.
  • Lead post-mortem analyses to capture lessons learned and implement process improvements for future initiatives.
  • Support team-level execution by facilitating Agile ceremonies, coordinating dependencies, and enabling technical decision-making.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement solutions to enhance team productivity and delivery transparency.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager delivering complex technical programs or products.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and engineering processes.
  • Proven ability to align program execution with Go-To-Market strategies, ensuring cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Product, Design, and GTM teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and driving execution across multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates ownership, and drives continuous improvement.
