Senior Technical Program Manager, Business Systems

This role drives high-impact, cross-functional programs across engineering, product, finance, operations, and other business domains. You will lead initiatives that optimize cloud-first architecture, streamline business processes, and deliver scalable system integrations and implementations. The position requires strong ownership, risk management, and communication skills to deliver results amid ambiguity.   • Accountabilities
  • Lead and execute large, cross-functional programs spanning Business Systems, Product, Engineering, Finance, Support, Marketing, and Privacy teams.
  • Manage program scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Translate high-level business goals into clearly documented technical requirements and scalable solutions.
  • Identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks, negotiate trade-offs, and maintain alignment amidst changing priorities.
  • Partner with teams to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and enhance tools and processes.
  • Apply technical acumen to assess architecture, data flows, and system integration impacts, influencing scalable design decisions.
  • Foster collaboration, communication, and accountability across diverse teams with competing priorities.

  • Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Operations Manager, or similar role in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs across multiple systems and teams.
  • Strong program management, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance technical depth and business context.
  • Solid understanding of system architecture, data flows, integrations, and risk management.
  • Skilled in roadmap planning, initiative scoping, requirements definition, dependency management, and progress reporting.
  • Adept at navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and delivering in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and executive audiences.
  • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes.
