Senior Solutions Engineer, US East

This role offers the opportunity to lead complex integrations with strategic partners, driving technical execution from architecture through launch. You will design scalable, secure, and compliant solutions while collaborating across product, engineering, sales, and risk teams. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you’ll create frameworks, playbooks, and tools to standardize processes, enabling high-velocity delivery across multiple geographies. This position provides significant ownership and influence in shaping how solutions engineering operates at scale.

Accountabilities

• Own the technical design of partner integrations, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
• Guide partners through end-to-end integration with APIs, from scoping to launch, across multiple geographies.
• Diagnose and resolve partner issues, collaborating with engineering teams as necessary.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable solutions that drive revenue and partner success.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, risk, and compliance to ensure smooth implementations.
• Create and refine solution design documentation, statements of work, playbooks, and reusable assets to accelerate future integrations.
• Build partner confidence by providing technical resources, including test plans, Postman collections, and templates.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, demonstrating both technical fluency and business acumen to senior stakeholders.

• 5+ years in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or implementation, ideally in fintech, payments, or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of APIs and system integrations (REST, Webhooks, GraphQL).
• Ability to read and debug at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar).
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Excellent communication skills; able to translate complex technical issues for both technical and business audiences.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Bonus: Experience supporting fintech or SaaS integrations across multiple geographies, with exposure to localization, compliance, or payments.
• US-based with availability in Eastern Time Zone.
