Accountabilities:

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for next-generation AI-driven conversation automation products.
• Engage directly with customers and end-users to gather insights and translate them into impactful product features.
• Drive initiatives from concept through execution, turning product vision into market-ready solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Machine Learning, Design, and GTM teams to deliver value-driven AI products.
• Define and track key performance indicators to measure business outcomes and ensure continuous product improvement.
• Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify new growth opportunities and maintain a leadership position in the AI space.
• Influence and align stakeholders across the organization to achieve product goals.

• 5+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of delivering successful, customer-centric products.
• Strong ownership mindset and hands-on approach to ensuring product success.
• Data-driven decision-making skills, with experience defining KPIs and setting ambitious targets.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments, develop strategy, and adapt quickly to change.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence stakeholders across diverse teams.
• Bonus: experience in AI/ML, high-growth startup environments, or research-driven projects with high technical complexity and uncertainty.
