Accountabilities

• Define and execute the vision and strategy for consumer-facing products that enhance customer interactions.
• Deeply understand market trends, customer needs, and usage data to prioritize impactful features and initiatives.
• Plan, validate, and deliver new products and enhancements that provide meaningful value to consumers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and drive results.
• Communicate product direction and progress clearly to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and understanding across teams.
• Explore and implement AI-driven solutions to improve user engagement and streamline experiences across multiple channels.

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager, ideally with exposure to B2B SaaS and consumer software products.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build trust across teams.
• Proven ability to translate complex problems into simple, intuitive solutions.
• Skilled in discovery, research, and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative inputs to drive decisions.
• Solid understanding of technical constraints and the ability to work effectively with engineering teams.
• Strong product design intuition and commitment to delivering user-centric, modern experiences.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
