Sitting at the intersection of business strategy and product management, this role drives the strategic direction of a product portfolio to deliver measurable business impact. It involves shaping the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with organizational goals and customer needs, while leading cross-functional collaboration across technology, business, and user experience teams. The role requires a strategic, collaborative thinker who thrives in ambiguity, uncovers opportunities, and leads the development and implementation of innovative solutions. Success is measured through clearly defined metrics and outcomes, with a focus on prioritizing initiatives, validating assumptions through product discovery, and ensuring effective product launches and lifecycle management. Ultimately, this role serves as a critical connector between business and technology, enabling transformation and sustained growth.Key responsibilities
Define and drive product strategy, vision, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Translate business needs into actionable solutions, collaborating with technology and user experience teams to ensure successful execution.
Guide implementation of initiatives by collaborating across functional areas, making clear decisions, and using test-and-learn approaches to validate assumptions and shape product strategy.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external clients to identify pain points, co-create solutions, and deliver measurable value.
Analyze current business processes, goals, and objectives to uncover opportunities for product innovation and optimization.
Use market insights, customer feedback, and data to inform product decisions and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
Ensure integration and alignment across capabilities and platforms by working closely with other business architects and cross-functional teams.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of product solutions, recommending enhancements to improve outcomes.
Communicate clearly and effectively across all levels and roles in the organization to align stakeholders and drive initiatives forward.
Balance the needs of the business, external partners, and customers to deliver solutions that support long-term growth and impact.

Compensation offered for this role is $125,200.00 - 207,550.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
