Product Manager - Data Products (Remote - US)

We are seeking a Data Products-focused Product Manager to define, deliver, and manage the lifecycle of one or more products in a growing portfolio. This role blends strategic thinking, business acumen, and a deep understanding of data to ensure products meet customer needs and deliver measurable business value. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and customer-focused, able to translate complex data insights into actionable product strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prioritize initiatives, and help shape product roadmaps that drive innovation. Accountabilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data-driven products.
• Manage product backlogs, write and groom user stories, and prioritize initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct product discovery and experimentation to validate hypotheses and guide decision-making.
• Act as the voice of the customer by engaging with users to understand their needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform strategy.
• Gather, analyze, and leverage market research, customer feedback, and data insights to recommend product improvements.
• Contribute to product launch strategies and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across product development and delivery processes.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with data-focused products.
• Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting data to drive product decisions.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strategic thinking with experience in roadmap development and product lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of data tools, analytics platforms, or data-driven decision-making practices is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement frameworks, systemic thinking, and product strategy best practices.

• Competitive annual salary: $104,000 – $187,625, based on experience and qualifications.
