Senior Product Designer (Mobile) (USA)

In this role, you will lead the design of cutting-edge mobile applications that empower industries like construction, energy, and agriculture to operate more efficiently. You will play a key part in shaping intuitive, impactful user experiences that simplify complex workflows while maintaining scalability and consistency across platforms. Working in a fully remote environment, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with user needs and business goals. Accountabilities:

·         Lead the full design lifecycle, from user research and prototyping through to final design implementation.

·         Develop and manage scalable design systems that ensure consistency across mobile platforms.

·         Apply customer-centric frameworks such as Jobs to Be Done (JTBD) to design experiences that meet user needs and drive business objectives.

·         Partner with engineering, product, and customer success teams to align designs with business and technical requirements.

·         Conduct usability testing, iterate based on feedback, and continuously improve the user experience.

·         Present design concepts and decisions clearly to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy.

·         Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading end-to-end mobile app design projects.

·         Proficiency with modern design tools, particularly Figma.

·         Strong background in creating and maintaining scalable design systems.

·         Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, with practical experience applying JTBD or similar frameworks.

·         Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fully remote team environment.

·         A strong portfolio showcasing impactful, user-centered mobile design work.
