Responsibilities
- Define and implement scalable, repeatable research processes and best practices across product teams.
- Plan and run generative and evaluative studies to inform product strategy and prioritize opportunities.
- Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable recommendations and communicate them to cross-functional stakeholders and executives.
- Partner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to ensure research-driven decisions and feature outcomes.
- Measure and report how research influences design quality, product adoption, and customer outcomes.
- Scale research capabilities by creating training, toolkits, and lightweight methods for non-researchers.
- Act as a visible advocate for customers in strategic and tactical discussions.
Education
- BA/BS in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Human Factors, Design, or related field or equivalent experience
- Graduate degree preferred but not required (see preferred qualifications)
