In this role, you’ll collaborate directly with clients and cross-functional teams to design and build high-impact websites and marketing assets. You’ll also mentor junior team members, support workflow improvements, and contribute to refining design processes. Accountabilities:

• Lead the design and execution of top-tier websites and creative assets using Webflow and CMS platforms.
• Collaborate with clients across the design pipeline to ensure high-quality, timely project delivery.
• Train, mentor, and support junior designers in adopting design best practices and improving performance.
• Refine workflows and SOPs in collaboration with senior team leads to boost efficiency.
• Act as a key liaison between design and other departments to support seamless operations.
• Contribute to product improvements by analyzing client feedback and design trends.
• Step into various roles as needed to support team success and operational continuity.
• Ensure branding consistency and quality across all visual outputs, including websites and advertising materials.

• Advanced proficiency in Webflow and CMS platforms; capable of building and editing responsive, visually striking websites.
• Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS for web customization.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• Proven ability to create user-centric designs that balance creativity with functionality.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• Experience managing multiple projects while maintaining a high attention to detail.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and their application in design.
• Demonstrated adaptability, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn and evolve with trends.
• Prior experience in mentoring or guiding design team members is a strong asset.
