Job Description

EBG has an opportunity for a highly strategic and hands-on Art Director to drive the visual direction of our e-commerce and digital marketing creative. You will own concept development and execution across paid media, emails, social, website assets and promotional campaigns, crafting cohesive, high-performing visuals that align with our brands identities and drive measurable business results.

As a key creative leader, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners including UX, Product, Marketing, and Analytics, while managing a team of digital designers. You’ll also support the evolution of our visual brands system and elevate design quality across every consumer touchpoint.

  • Drive concepting and production of compelling digital assets including digital campaign, paid media, email marketing and social content.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Studios and Lead UX Designer to unify creative vision across conversion-driven and user-centered experiences..
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital designers, providing thoughtful creative direction, reviews and development support.
  • Work with VP of Studios and stakeholders on modernizing, scaling and maintaining corporate guidelines.
  • Develop and edit high-quality static and short form animated assets and video using tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Communicate/present ideas to peers and main stakeholders to convey the vision, objectives and projects goals.
  • Maintain a high standard of execution across all digital deliverables, balancing creativity with UX best practices, accessibility and responsiveness.
  • Stay current with digital design trends, tools and e-commerce strategies to ensure our brand stays competitive and innovative.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Build and support B2B sales presentation decks.
  • Help manage and maintain digital asset management (DAM) systems to ensure organized, accessible and up-to-date creative assets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field.
  • 5+ years of digital design experience with a strong e-commerce portfolio or related industry.
  • 3+ years of experience leading design teams or serving in a managing creative role.
  • Experience in Figma and high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce UX/UI best practices, responsive design and digital performance.
  • Experience developing campaign concepts and executing for multiple digital channels (email, social media and paid media)
  • Ability to present and convey the vision, objectives and projects goals.
  • Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills with the ability to manage teams.
  • Able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present creative strategies to stakeholders.
  • Organized, flexible and thrives in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
  • Story-driven design focused on user flow and business impact.
  • Experienced in using tools like JIRA, Notion, Slack, and Teams to streamline workflow and communication.
