Remote Business Development Manager

In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting new Home Improvement Contractors to join our partner’s network. The position involves identifying potential partners, providing valuable resources, and ensuring collaborative success. You will be instrumental in connecting contractors with superior loan programs while driving growth and engagement through innovative sales approaches. Accountabilities
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and sign prospective partners.
  • Source new partnership opportunities through inbound and outbound outreach.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of products and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Directors for partner success.
  • Innovate sales processes and provide feedback for continual improvement.
  • Clearly explain technical issues and financial products to partners.
  • Engage with executives to develop and enhance programs.


Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years experience in business development or sales.
  • Experience selling to home improvement contractors and distributors.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skilled in client proposals and persuasive presentations.
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and customer-focused.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
