This role offers the opportunity to lead complex property projects from pre-opening to post-completion, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver properties on time and within budget. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, combining strategic planning, operational execution, and hands-on problem-solving. You will be a central point of contact for stakeholders, translating objectives into actionable project plans while fostering collaboration and accountability across teams. This position provides significant ownership and impact, shaping how projects are executed across diverse property portfolios.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead project kick-offs, aligning goals, assigning tasks, and providing strategic guidance to cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating regular check-ins, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely communication of risks or changes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of property openings, wind-downs, and transitions.
  • Conduct property visits and walkthroughs to maintain quality control, document findings, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Manage project budgets and financial tracking, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Deliver post-project documentation, perform postmortem analyses, and recommend process improvements for future projects.
  • Actively manage multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging project management tools such as Gantt charts and Monday.com.
  • 4–5+ years of experience leading projects with physical products (e.g., real estate, hotels, multi-family, retail, CPG) in formal project manager or comparable roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, business management, project management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • PMP certification strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with project management software, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for property visits and onsite support.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience leading collaborative decisions, adhering to budgets, and achieving high productivity efficiently.
  • Physical ability to perform hands-on project tasks, including moving, lifting, or positioning objects up to 50 pounds when required.
