Position Overview:
The Chief of Staff will serve as a force multiplier for the CEO and COO, ensuring organizational alignment, operational efficiency, and seamless execution across the firm. This role is central to maintaining excellence across investment, engineering, and research functions, while ensuring that strategic priorities are advanced with speed and precision. The ideal candidate thrives in high-growth environments, is detail-oriented yet strategic, and is energized by enabling leadership to operate at their highest level of impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Partnership & Delegation: Act as a trusted partner and project manager to the CEO and COO, ensuring their strategic priorities are executed with speed, accuracy, and accountability.
Operational Excellence: Build and maintain organizational systems that ensure alignment, clarity, and efficiency across all teams, preventing breakdowns and missed priorities.
Stakeholder Communication: Manage communication, follow-ups, and key touchpoints with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistency, professionalism, and responsiveness.
Project Management: Drive high-priority initiatives from planning to completion, coordinating cross-functional resources and removing roadblocks to deliver results.
Performance Tracking: Establish and manage frameworks for goal-setting, OKRs, and reporting, ensuring progress is measurable and transparent across the organization.
Resource Enablement: Ensure team members across investment, engineering, and research functions have the tools, information, and resources needed to perform at their best.
Organizational Growth & Hiring: Support leadership in building scalable processes for hiring, onboarding, and talent development to sustain long-term growth.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify gaps, inefficiencies, or risks in organizational operations, and implement solutions that enhance performance and scalability.
Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in consulting, finance, operations, or at least 2–3 years in a chief of staff, strategy, or operational leadership role in a high-growth company
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects from conception to execution, balancing multiple priorities with precision and speed.
Track record of designing and implementing scalable systems that drive operational efficiency, transparency, and accountability.
Ability to break down complex problems, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to inform decision-making.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive information and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Comfort switching between high-level strategic thinking and detail-oriented execution to drive both vision and outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to build trust, manage relationships, and navigate sensitive or high-pressure situations with professionalism.
Genuine interest in emerging technologies, with a strong desire to understand blockchain’s potential to transform industries.
