This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Project Manager – Program Operations in the United States.
This role offers a dynamic opportunity to oversee and coordinate complex projects across software development, product rollouts, operational enhancements, and other strategic initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives. This position emphasizes collaboration, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement, providing a chance to impact operational efficiency, business outcomes, and team performance in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
· Lead and manage all phases of project lifecycles, including planning, design, scope, schedule, communication, risk management, implementation, release, and post-release evaluation.
· Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including business analysts, engineers, QA, tech support, and department managers to ensure smooth project execution.
· Develop and implement project management tools, templates, and best practices to enhance efficiency and consistency.
· Organize and facilitate project meetings, goal setting, progress reviews, and issue resolution.
· Track project progress using schedules, budgets, reports, and other reporting mechanisms; escalate obstacles as needed.
· Gather and analyze project metrics to support predictable, reliable, and repeatable delivery practices.
· Coordinate compliance and regulatory requirements to ensure projects meet corporate standards.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management; 2–3 years of relevant project management experience.
· Strong familiarity with PMO/IS project management tools (SmartSheets, Jira, Confluence, Survey Tools).
· Preferred certifications: PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma.
· Experience in insurance or related industries is a plus.
· Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.
· Strong analytical skills to assess project processes and implement efficiency improvements.
· Competitive annual salary range: $100,000–$120,000.
