Under the minimal direction and supervision, the Project Manager will lead and manage a variety of technology projects from inception to completion. This position will be responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and aligning project objectives with business goals. The Analyst requires little or no supervision and exercises independent judgement and discretion when carrying out these functions. The responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, managing resources, overseeing project execution, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction. Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. The IT Project Manager will play a crucial role in driving technological advancements and achieving strategic objectives for the organization and hospitals business operations.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $68,640.00 to $173,076.80 on an annualized basis. The compensation estimate noted above is specific to California and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
