- Proven NPI experience managing EVT/DVT/PVT to MP for complex hardware systems
- Deep understanding of mechanical and electrical hardware development and integrated firmware/OS stacks
- Strong executive communication and experience presenting to senior leadership
- Program financial management and cost-control experience
- Experience working with contract manufacturers and global supply chains
Responsibilities
- Lead product delivery through EVT, DVT, PVT and Mass Production ramps for storage hardware systems
- Own and run executive-level phase gate reviews, presenting program status and recommendations to senior leadership
- Manage program financials, product cost analysis, and master build schedules to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware, OS, Product Management, Supply Chain) and external partners (CMs, suppliers)
- Drive risk management, issue resolution, and corrective actions across global engineering and manufacturing teams
- Ensure product compliance, test/validation strategy, and readiness for high-volume manufacturing
Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical field required
- Advanced degree (MS/MBA) or equivalent experience preferred
