Project Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Project Manager in the United States.

The Project Manager will oversee creative production for high-profile financial and investment services accounts, ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently, on time, and compliant with regulatory standards. You will coordinate cross-functional teams of designers, copywriters, and other specialists while managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications. This role requires balancing creative innovation with precise adherence to financial services regulations, transforming strategic briefs into actionable project plans. You will identify process improvements to enhance team productivity and maintain quality standards. Working remotely, you will serve as the operational backbone connecting creative teams with clients and leadership, ensuring seamless execution across multi-channel campaigns.   • Accountabilities
  • Coordinate the full lifecycle of creative projects, including direct response campaigns, social content, and educational materials.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate approvals and compliance processes specific to financial services marketing.
  • Transform complex financial briefs into actionable workflows with clear deliverables and responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and regulatory personnel to ensure smooth execution.
  • Identify process improvements and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and quality.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively addressing risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies.
  • Maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience managing creative projects in marketing, advertising, or design environments.
  • Knowledge of financial services and investment marketing regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience coordinating multi-disciplinary creative teams and managing expectations across multiple organizational levels.
  • Strong capacity planning and project tracking skills across concurrent projects.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills for stakeholder engagement and reviews.
  • Comfortable working within structured systems (e.g., JIRA, Bynder, MRM software, Teams, Microsoft 365).
  • Formal degrees are welcome but equivalent experience in financial marketing or copywriting is acceptable.
