This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Diné Development Corporation. We are currently looking for a Program Manager in the United States.

This role offers an opportunity to lead and coordinate complex programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational requirements. You will oversee all facets of program execution, from planning and resource allocation to risk management, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. Collaborating with technical teams, subcontractors, and government counterparts, you will ensure software development and sustainment projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. The position requires strategic oversight of operational, technical, financial, and regulatory aspects while maintaining high standards for program performance. Your leadership will directly influence mission success and drive continuous improvement in program delivery. This is a dynamic role for a results-driven professional seeking impact in a mission-focused environment.

Accountabilities

  • Manage the full program lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring alignment with mission objectives.
  • Coordinate operational sustainment and modernization of software, systems, models, and interfaces.
  • Provide guidance to technical teams on Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices.
  • Oversee program budgets, cost control, and resource allocation for financial efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with DoD Risk Management Framework processes, cybersecurity directives, and other regulations.
  • Serve as the primary interface between government counterparts, technical teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, providing resolution strategies and tracking progress.
  • Prepare and deliver program status reports, metrics, and required deliverables.
  • Coordinate user training, fielding, and operational support, including occasional domestic and international travel.
  • Must have an active Secret clearance.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years as a product or program manager leading software development teams.
  • Proven experience in C5ISR Modeling & Simulation and software development.
  • Familiarity with Joint operational training commitments and software sustainment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
  • Preferred certifications: Security+ CE or Linux+.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management.
  • Knowledge of DoD RMF processes, cybersecurity requirements, and DevSecOps practices.
  • Ability to manage and participate in operational training exercises and support travel requirements.
