Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time, 80 hours bi-weekly
- Hours-7:00am-3:30pm, some weekend and holidays availability
- Pay: $28.00/hour
Job Description
- Serves as liaison between sales and renovation departments concerning project details, pricing and deliverables
- Coordinates and manages project tasks and deliverables in support of Facilities Manager and Sales Director.
- Interfaces with sales prospects in conjunction with Move-In Coordinator &/or Sales Director in larger scale unit renovations
- Track and report renovation project progress weekly
- Prioritize work in a dynamic environment and develop a highly organized, detail-oriented process; calendar, records, reports, statistics, invoices, etc.
- Document phases of the projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent relevant experience.
- Requires 5 – 7 years of related facilities or space management experience, plus a basic understanding of building codes and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to independently resolve moderately complex issues and recognize when to escalate before they are critical.
- Strong computer skills with a proven ability to learn technology.
