We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy and management of innovative digital biology platforms and SaaS products. This role involves driving the commercial success of existing offerings, collaborating closely with technical development and commercial teams, and aligning product roadmaps with strategic organizational goals. You will conduct market research, assess business opportunities, and optimize product performance while maintaining high standards for data quality and regulatory compliance. This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic, mission-driven environment, influencing products that support scientific discovery globally.

Accountabilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive product roadmaps, prioritizing features, timelines, and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to ensure products meet business goals and customer needs.
• Conduct market research, customer surveys, and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including software engineers, data scientists, and computational biologists, to support product development.
• Monitor product performance, optimize the marketing mix, and drive continuous improvement of the product portfolio.
• Ensure adherence to data quality standards and relevant regulatory frameworks.

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong background in SaaS and/or bioinformatics portfolio management.
• Proven track record managing software-based product portfolios and leading new product introductions.
• Advanced degree in biological sciences preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, ideally in a global setting.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Competitive annual salary: $115,000 - $130,000, with potential merit increases and bonus eligibility.
