Merchant Maintenance Representative II (Remote - US)

As a key part of the client support team, this role ensures merchant account information remains accurate, up-to-date, and compliant across all platforms. You’ll manage ticket queues, handle sensitive maintenance requests, and collaborate with internal teams and partners to process updates efficiently. Ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment, this position offers a blend of independent work and team collaboration. A remote work option is available for qualified candidates outside the Los Angeles area, with occasional in-office presence required.

Accountabilities:

• Monitor and manage daily ticket queues for merchant account changes, status updates, pricing adjustments, and other requests.
• Execute data-sensitive maintenance tasks accurately and in compliance with company protocols.
• Communicate with partners and internal teams to coordinate and resolve support tickets effectively.
• Perform timely data entry for action items, corrections, and system updates.
• Participate in departmental projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Train and support new hires and internal staff on procedures and tools.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned workload and escalate issues when necessary.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience with user interfaces or systems in a fintech or payments-related environment.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite and ability to navigate multiple platforms simultaneously.
• Prior experience in call centers or customer-facing support roles, especially in payments, is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage shifting priorities and work independently in a computer-based environment.

• Hourly compensation ranging from $22 to $26, based on experience.
