We are seeking an experienced engineering leader to guide and grow a high-performing Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team in a fast-paced, innovative environment. This role is responsible for ensuring system reliability, driving platform project execution, and partnering closely with product managers and development teams to deliver high-impact solutions. Accountabilities

• Build, mentor, and lead an engaged SRE team, supporting career growth and delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Drive platform project execution by setting clear goals, measuring success, and unblocking team challenges.
• Ensure sustainable delivery with proactive planning, effective communication, and smooth project execution.
• Champion modern engineering practices and continuously refine team processes to raise technical standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and development engineers to align on priorities and deliver customer value.
• Oversee incident management processes, monitoring, and system reliability initiatives.

• 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering or infrastructure management, including leadership responsibilities.
• Proven ability to build autonomous, high-performing teams that achieve ambitious goals.
• Fullstack engineering experience (Python preferred for backend, React for frontend).
• Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, and Temporal—or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Experience with incident management workflows and operational best practices.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative approach in hybrid work environments.
• Passion for continuous learning, technical excellence, and mentoring team members.

• Competitive base salary: $160,000–$200,000, with total compensation adjusted based on location, experience, skills, and performance.
