• Manage program(s) per the scope of work, program and standard operating procedures within the contracted budget.
• Supervise day-to-day program activities and ensure proper workflow.
• Establish priorities for the team to ensure task completion.
• Monitor program metrics to ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Facilitate client relationship management and ensure program compliance.
• Participate in the training and development of team members.
• Collaborate with senior management on operational improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or Associate Degree with equivalent experience.
• 5 – 8 years of relevant experience or 3 – 5 years with a Master's degree.
• 2 years of related healthcare or pharmaceutical experience.
• 1 year of previous managerial experience.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage urgent issues.
