Program Analyst Principal - REMOTE

In this role, you will provide high-quality technical support for a critical software application utilized by various teams, ensuring smooth operations and effective problem resolution. Your contributions will directly impact project delivery and enhance user satisfaction, making you a vital part of our client's program execution. You will be involved in training, documentation, and ongoing support, making this a dynamic and engaging position for someone passionate about technology and customer service.

• Provide Level 1 and 2 problem analysis, research, and resolution of product issues for the user base.
• Assist in providing responsive, direct technical support for software products.
• Coordinate resolution of outstanding technical issues with the vendor’s Customer Support team when necessary.
• Provide on-site customer support and after-hours telephone support as assigned.
• Develop and test new software functionality and configuration in the User Acceptance Test environment.
• Create and maintain reports and exports from the software application.
• Generate technical documentation in areas of specialization as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Technical, or Computer Science.
• 8+ years of related experience in a similar role.
• Strong collaboration and office administration skills.
• Excellent MS-Excel skills and an understanding of basic database concepts.
• 1+ years of customer support experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with basic project management concepts, including tasks and critical path analysis.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
