KPFF Special Projects is seeking a senior-level Project Engineer or Project Manager to serve as an Owner’s Representative on a $1B export facility EPCM project in Washington State. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring deep expertise in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM) delivery.
You will work with an engineering team as the owner’s advocate, ensuring alignment of design, procurement, and construction activities with project objectives, budget, and schedule. This position offers the opportunity to influence strategic decisions, manage risk, and deliver a world-class industrial facility.

Compensation:
The total compensation for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, and skills. The expected total compensation range for a qualified candidate is $150,000 - $250,000 including performance-based bonuses to recognize and reward outstanding contributions in each Reporting Center. During the interview process, we'll provide detailed information and address any questions you may have about the overall compensation package and benefits.
