• Leverage the Direct-to-Consumer platform to generate additional sales and commissions by driving client traffic online.
• Maintain accountability for your sales activity, growth targets, and agency operations with full ownership of your income streams.
• Participate actively in weekly live training sessions and company events to stay aligned with best practices and industry trends.
• Lead by example, exhibiting high moral character, professional integrity, and commitment to personal development and team collaboration.

• Licensed life insurance agent or willingness to obtain relevant licenses.
