As a Lead Technical Program Manager for Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BCDR), you will drive enterprise-wide resilience initiatives across technical and operational environments. You will design, implement, and maintain programs that ensure the organization can continue critical operations during disruptions and recover efficiently from incidents. This role requires strategic vision, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a hands-on approach to building scalable, repeatable processes. You will work with multiple stakeholders including engineering, product, security, risk, and compliance teams to define recovery objectives, execute disaster recovery exercises, and embed resilience into daily operations. The position offers the opportunity to influence both corporate and product continuity strategies while fostering a culture of preparedness and operational excellence.

• Develop and own the global BCDR strategy, including policies, playbooks, and supporting documentation for product and corporate environments.
• Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) to identify critical systems, processes, and dependencies, defining recovery objectives (RTO/RPO).
• Perform assessments to prioritize key tools and systems requiring the highest level of recovery controls.
• Facilitate alignment across stakeholders to ensure all critical business operations are represented in continuity and recovery plans.
• Lead disaster recovery tests, analyze outcomes, and drive continuous improvements based on lessons learned.
• Deliver BCDR training and awareness programs to ensure employees understand their roles during disruptions.
• Partner with Incident Response and Risk teams to track resilience issues and implement corrective measures.
• Define and track metrics to measure program effectiveness, enterprise resilience, and compliance with policies.
• Integrate BCDR efforts with enterprise risk and third-party risk programs to enhance organizational preparedness.

• Proven experience leading technical or operational resilience programs in SaaS, cloud, or large distributed environments.
• Strong program and project management skills with experience managing multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Familiarity with industry frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, or similar).
• Demonstrated ability to build programs from the ground up, defining scope, milestones, and success metrics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience reporting to executive leadership on program progress, risks, and readiness metrics.
• Track record of translating high-level risk concerns into actionable outcomes.
• Hands-on experience managing BCDR testing, incident response coordination, or continuity planning at scale.
• Knowledge of SaaS architecture, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and operational dependencies.

• Certifications such as CBCP, MBCI, PMP, CISM, or CISSP.
• Experience integrating BCDR with compliance programs (SOX, SOC2).
• Experience collaborating with external auditors or assessors.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet) for large-scale resilience programs.
