Integrated Marketing Manager

We are looking for a strategic and collaborative Integrated Marketing Manager to lead localized clinic and provider-led initiatives across a national footprint. This role bridges in-store and digital experiences, ensuring brand consistency and customer-centric campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring marketing acumen, creativity, and cross-functional leadership to drive client acquisition, engagement, and retention. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping seamless customer journeys, innovating brand touchpoints, and scaling successful local marketing strategies.

Accountabilities:

  • Design and execute local marketing strategies to grow client acquisition and improve retention across all locations.
  • Develop toolkits, campaigns, and playbooks tailored to clinic and provider needs, aligning with national marketing efforts.
  • Integrate digital and physical brand experiences, including signage, collateral, and in-store activations.
  • Lead marketing support for service and product launches, focusing on customer awareness and uptake.
  • Collaborate with creative, digital, communications, and operations teams to unify campaign execution.
  • Analyze marketing performance data to guide improvements, using insights from customer reviews and team feedback.
  • Maintain awareness of competitive and industry trends to inform campaign development and strategic decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree required (high school diploma mandatory).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in integrated or brand marketing, or management consulting.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics, reporting, and using data to inform decisions.
  • Strong understanding of brand activation across digital and physical environments.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills; ability to develop strategic marketing briefs.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new platforms.
  • Competitive compensation between $90,000 and $120,000 (based on experience and location).
