In this role, you’ll take ownership of security compliance and risk management related to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI systems. You’ll play a crucial part in safeguarding sensitive infrastructures, managing system certifications, and enforcing robust security practices. Accountabilities:

• Lead and support the implementation of IT security controls for RPA and AI systems within federal programs.
• Administer security assessments, audits, and risk analysis to ensure compliance with government regulations.
• Manage system certifications and accreditations, ensuring systems meet all federal cybersecurity standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address vulnerabilities, develop remediation plans, and improve security posture.
• Act as a key resource in ongoing security operations, documentation, and reporting initiatives across projects.

• Active certification in Information System Security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT security within RPA/AI programs, particularly in the federal government sector.
• Strong knowledge of federal security frameworks (e.g., NIST, FISMA) and risk management practices.
• Proven ability to navigate complex compliance environments and handle sensitive data securely.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive mindset and attention to detail in identifying and resolving security issues.
