This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Group Product Manager, P2P Payments in the United States.

As a Group Product Manager for P2P Payments, you will lead a global product area focused on delivering fast, seamless, and secure peer-to-peer and cross-border payment experiences. This role combines strategic vision, product execution, and cross-functional leadership to impact millions of users worldwide. You will define the roadmap, prioritize opportunities, and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and growth teams to bring innovative payment solutions to life. The position requires a strong customer-focused mindset, analytical rigor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. You will also influence the growth and adoption of digital payments, ensuring your products scale efficiently and meet evolving user needs.

Accountabilities

·         Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for global P2P and cross-border payments.

·         Define and execute the product roadmap, translating market insights and user needs into high-impact features.

·         Partner with design, engineering, and growth teams to deliver seamless, user-friendly payment experiences.

·         Develop and implement consumer growth strategies, including referral programs, social growth loops, and network effects.

·         Proactively address fraud, risk, and compliance considerations while preserving excellent user experience.

·         Analyze market trends, evaluate opportunities, and prioritize initiatives that maximize business impact.

·         Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align on vision, strategy, and delivery.

·         8+ years of Product Management experience, with a track record of shipping consumer products at global scale.

·         3+ years of experience launching products in fintech, DeFi, or similarly complex domains.

·         Strong product vision and execution skills; ability to translate ideas into impactful features with measurable results.

·         Experience in consumer product growth, including referral programs, virality, or social engagement.

·         Expertise in payments, fintech, or crypto products with deep understanding of user needs and market trends.

·         Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.

·         Proven cross-functional leadership experience, aligning teams from engineering to compliance behind a shared vision.

·         Obsession with user experience and creating intuitive, trustworthy, and scalable payment solutions.

·         Nice to have: experience with crypto payments, stablecoins, fraud prevention, risk management, or blockchain networks.

·         Competitive salary: $243,865—$286,900 USD, plus bonus and equity eligibility.
