Full Stack Software Developer (Remote - US)

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development and maintenance of full-stack applications that support high-impact investment management operations. The Full Stack Software Developer will work across both frontend and backend systems, creating scalable and efficient solutions while collaborating closely with stakeholders. This position emphasizes innovation, clean coding practices, and the integration of advanced technologies such as machine learning, cloud computing, and data warehousing. Candidates will have the chance to influence the technology roadmap, optimize processes, and work with diverse tools in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing independent work with collaborative projects.

Accountabilities:

·         Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and technical solutions.

·         Design, architect, and develop full-stack applications, covering backend data management, business logic, and frontend interfaces.

·         Build and maintain ETL pipelines and integrate third-party data sources and applications.

·         Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for automated testing and deployment.

·         Ensure clean, reusable, and well-structured code that adheres to best practices.

·         Recommend and implement improvements to the development processes and tech stack.

·         Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders using visualizations and documentation.

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

·         4–5+ years of professional experience coding in Python.

·         Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

·         Familiarity with SDLC frameworks (Agile/Scrum) and version control systems (Git).

·         Experience with project management tools such as Jira.

·         Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Advanced degree in a technical field.

·         Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.

·         Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.

·         Knowledge of Snowflake or other data warehouse technologies.

·         Experience with pytest and Playwright for automated testing.

·         Exposure to machine learning development and ML Ops.

·         Strong understanding of relational databases and data structures.

·         Financial domain knowledge (asset classes, trading, options strategies) is a plus.
