Enterprise Customer Success Manager (Remote - US)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Smartcat. We are currently looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager in the United States.

In this fully remote, high-impact role, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients by driving platform adoption, maximizing retention, and uncovering expansion opportunities. You’ll guide users through onboarding, build strategic relationships, and serve as a trusted advisor to ensure long-term success. Accountabilities:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers, meeting quarterly software usage goals and retention targets.
  • Accelerate user adoption through onboarding, QBRs, and strategic meetings that drive value and measurable results.
  • Identify new use cases and collaborate with Sales to expand product usage across departments and teams.
  • Analyze customer data to understand behavior and trends, then use those insights to improve outcomes.
  • Serve as a key point of contact, fostering trust and satisfaction through regular, proactive communication.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and support teams to drive customer success at every stage.
  • Champion best practices in localization operations and AI-driven content workflows to guide enterprise clients toward efficiency and innovation.
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles in B2B SaaS or the localization industry.
  • Prior experience in localization operations, vendor/project/account management, or working with translation technologies is strongly preferred.
  • Strong grasp of data analysis and a demonstrated ability to use insights to create customer value.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; other European languages are a plus.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional, and remote startup environments.
  • Deep understanding of product-led growth, marketplace dynamics, or SaaS customer lifecycle.
  • High ownership mentality with a growth-focused, collaborative, and feedback-friendly mindset.
  • Comfortable working across time zones with diverse international teams.
