English language teacher for young learners

Help learners of all ages and backgrounds unlock their full potential through engaging, personalized English lessons. In this flexible and fully remote role, you will design interactive, learner-focused sessions for young learners aged three and above, using modern resources and innovative teaching methods. You’ll have the freedom to choose your teaching materials, adapt schedules to fit both you and your students, and create meaningful learning experiences that foster confidence and communication skills. Accountabilities

• Deliver high-quality, customized English lessons for young learners, both individually and in small groups, in an online environment.
• Develop lesson plans and teaching activities tailored to student needs, proficiency levels, and learning objectives.
• Use modern, interactive teaching resources to create engaging and relevant content.
• Monitor, assess, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback and strategies for improvement.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with students and parents to ensure a supportive learning environment.
• Collaborate with a Talent Success Coach to align teaching practices with student goals.

• Native or near-native proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Degree or certification in language teaching, education, linguistics, instructional design, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of teaching experience, preferably in English as a second/foreign language.
• Strong ability to integrate modern online teaching tools and resources into lessons.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing your own schedule and caseload.
• Professional, patient, and able to inspire learners in a virtual classroom setting.
