Engineer, Customer Support (Remote - Missouri)

This role offers the opportunity to provide world-class technical support for cutting-edge containerization and cloud technologies. You will serve as a key point of contact for enterprise customers, diagnosing complex issues, collaborating with engineering teams, and delivering proactive solutions that improve customer satisfaction. The position requires a deep understanding of Linux systems, Docker technologies, and SaaS platforms, combined with strong troubleshooting and communication skills. You will have the chance to contribute to knowledge base content, optimize support workflows, and play an integral part in helping clients succeed with innovative technologies in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Accountabilities

·         Deliver top-tier customer support for enterprise clients, specializing in Docker and related technologies.

·         Troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues across multiple layers of containerization and cloud platforms.

·         Collaborate with engineering, product, and knowledge management teams to identify bugs and implement solutions.

·         Participate in enterprise-level calls and remote screen-sharing sessions to drive issue resolution.

·         Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in ticketing systems.

·         Create and audit help content to ensure the knowledge base is accurate and effective.

·         Contribute to process improvements and participate in on-call rotations.

·         BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

·         3+ years of experience providing enterprise technical support in high-growth SaaS environments.

·         Deep knowledge of Docker products, including Docker Engine, Docker Hub, and Docker Desktop.

·         Experience troubleshooting Linux, macOS, and Windows systems.

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to work across time zones.

·         Experience with enterprise-level customer interactions and remote collaboration.

·         Familiarity with Kubernetes, CI/CD, REST APIs, and programming languages such as Python or JavaScript is a plus.

·         Competitive base pay range: $77,000–$87,000, including company bonus plan.
