• Accountabilities
• Manage and execute client projects from initiation through completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
• Translate client objectives into actionable plans for project teams, refining strategies as project needs evolve.
• Analyze client challenges using data-driven methods and develop innovative solutions.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Present complex information clearly, crafting compelling narratives to support client decision-making.
• Lead project teams, fostering collaboration, open communication, and positive team dynamics.
• Identify opportunities to add value, supporting business development and growth initiatives.
• Take ownership of project challenges, proactively driving tasks to successful completion.

• Requirements
• 5+ years of consulting or business management experience, with at least 3 years in the life sciences sector (Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices).
• Bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering, or related discipline; advanced degrees such as an MBA preferred.
• Proven experience leading complex projects and managing client relationships.
• Strategic thinking skills, with the ability to connect high-level goals to practical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities using data-driven approaches.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Collaborative mindset, able to foster open communication and long-term relationships.
• Flexibility to travel up to 80% and work across US and international time zones.
