This role offers an opportunity to lead enterprise product strategy for lease lifecycle management solutions, driving innovation, market growth, and transformative impact for global clients. The Director will own end-to-end product management, from technical feasibility and architecture alignment to commercial leadership and enterprise adoption. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, cloud-first lease management platforms that optimize compliance, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. This position requires a strategic visionary with executive presence, capable of influencing C-suite leaders while balancing long-term product vision with tactical execution. Travel to client meetings and industry events is expected, offering a dynamic and engaging leadership experience.

• Define and execute the enterprise-wide product strategy for lease lifecycle management solutions, ensuring alignment with global lease accounting standards and compliance requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, Product Marketing, and Sales to deliver technically superior, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.
• Drive commercial growth through strategic pricing, market enablement, portfolio expansion, and customer adoption initiatives.
• Serve as a recognized market authority and customer advocate, engaging with Fortune 500 clients, industry bodies, and advisory partners.
• Oversee product development, release planning, and integration with major ERP/EPM systems, ensuring seamless enterprise adoption.
• Lead customer education, thought leadership initiatives, and cross-sell opportunities to maximize portfolio value.
• Monitor market trends, competitive positioning, and regulatory changes to ensure continued product leadership.

• 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software product management, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles focused on lease management, real estate, or financial compliance solutions.
• Deep expertise in lease accounting standards (ASC 842, IFRS 16) and enterprise lease management software.
• Proven ability to drive product strategy, commercial growth, and measurable enterprise value.
• Experience with SaaS/cloud-based solutions, data analytics, reporting, and enterprise integrations.
• Demonstrated executive presence with experience engaging C-suite leaders and managing global teams.
• Strong strategic thinking, P&L ownership, and portfolio optimization skills.
• Preferred: advanced degree (MBA, Finance, Real Estate), CPA/CMA/CCIM/CPM, or relevant certifications in product management or lease technology.
• Willingness to travel 25-35% for client meetings, industry events, and team leadership.
