Experian Consumer Services is looking for a Product Manager to lead the delivery and growth of our customer experience.

You will report to the Senior Product Manager – D2C CX Domain.

We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven product leader to build the growth and transformation of our customer experience journeys. This role is ideal for a product leader passionate about building the best, user-centric experiences, with an understanding of personalized experiences, integrated journeys. As an important member of the CX Product team, you'll partner with the VP of Product for Customer Experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Build the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for the whole customer experience for new programs, delivering a clear and contextual financial health experience that meets users' needs and conversion.
  • Contribute to a multi-year product strategy, informed by trends, partner and internal capabilities, and consumer insights. Your strategy should differentiate Experian's value proposition and guide long-term user and outcomes.
  • Champion product management by establishing measurements tied to business and consumer impact and aligning teams toward measurable goals.
  • Build the product roadmap, from discovery to launch and iteration, including user research, experience design, feature prioritization, engineering execution, testing, go-to-market, and funnel optimization.
  • Be a product contact for implementation, working directly with internal engineering teams and third-party partners to scope and deliver features that meet requirements and enhance platform capabilities.
  • Advance Experian's end-to-end customer experience, ensuring seamless integration into the broader Experian.com and mobile app ecosystem—extending users' personal finance journey based on evolving customer's needs.
  • Infuse regulatory and partner requirements into all aspects of product delivery, setting business and compliance standards for each innovation in the personal loans space.
  • Embed by defining scalable processes, setting standards for product performance, and ensuring readiness for ongoing operations and support.
  • Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to develop go-to-market plans that attract users with loan or savings intent and increase engagement among current members.
  • Use Measurements that measure product performance, customer impact, and delivery efficiency— optimizing to accelerate time-to-market.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience building or connecting inter- and intra-domain projects using shared componentry, libraries, and themes. Experience in integrated journeys that connect CRM, analytics, product, and customer service.
  • 7+ years of product management experience, delivering consumer-facing financial products through end-to-end integrated journeys.
  • Experience launching products from concept through release, with a focus on meeting customer needs.
  • Experience with important product management practices: defining user stories and requirements, developing wireframes, running A/B and multivariate tests, and analyzing product performance at scale.
  • Experience working in Silicon Valley Product Operating Model, Agile, or Lean environments, collaborating across product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
  • Use data and strategic context to make sound product decisions.
  • Experience mentoring and developing product managers or product owners to promote team capability and effectiveness.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business/Marketing, or a related technical field (preferred).
  • Qualities that reflect Experian's culture: mission-driven and collaborative.

Benefits:
