Skills
- 4–7+ years shipping B2B SaaS, marketplace, or platform products with ownership of a core area and measurable impact.
- Proven product strategy and roadmap development skills with strong prioritization based on data and customer insights.
- Experience with user research, behavioral data analysis, experimentation, and synthesizing insights into requirements.
- Technical fluency to collaborate on scope, trade-offs and instrumentation; comfortable defining KPIs and interpreting analytics and A/B tests.
- Expertise in agile methodologies, sprint planning, backlog management and writing clear user stories/PRDs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder alignment skills; strong bias for action and ability to manage ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for a specific product area, driving measurable business outcomes from discovery through delivery and iteration.
- Translate business objectives and customer pain points into problem statements, hypotheses, prioritized opportunities, and success metrics.
- Lead discovery using user interviews, data analysis, competitive research, and market insights; synthesize findings into user stories and product scope.
- Write detailed product specs, acceptance criteria, edge cases, business logic and data requirements to guide engineering implementation.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, and make real-time prioritization decisions balancing scope, quality, and velocity.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Growth, Marketing and Customer Success to define go-to-market strategies, measure adoption, and iterate post-launch.
- Monitor product performance through analytics and user feedback, run experiments/A-B tests, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Represent product at squad and company planning meetings, align stakeholders, and elevate product thinking across the organization.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience preferred.
- Relevant coursework or certifications in product management, data analytics, or related disciplines are a plus.
