This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director of Product Management - Operations & Lender Enablement in the United States.
In this leadership role, you will drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of operational and lender-facing product initiatives in a fast-growing financial technology environment. You will focus on optimizing workflows, leveraging AI and automation, and enhancing contact center and support systems to reduce friction for both internal teams and customers. This role oversees the supply side of the lending marketplace, ensuring broad lender participation, competitive offers, and revenue optimization. You will lead a small team of Product Managers, collaborate cross-functionally, and act with a general manager mindset to deliver measurable impact. This position combines hands-on product work with strategic leadership, aiming to scale operations while improving conversion, revenue, and efficiency.
· Own and execute the product vision for operations and lender enablement, connecting initiatives to company-wide strategy and metrics.
· Optimize internal tools, lender integrations, and APIs to support scalable loan volume without compromising reliability or compliance.
· Enhance the customer and lender experience by simplifying workflows, applying AI-driven solutions, and leveraging data-driven experimentation.
· Expand lender participation and improve prequal, conversion, and funding rates through system enhancements and decision-engine optimization.
· Drive revenue growth per loan via pricing, cross-sell strategies, and backend improvements while maintaining strong user experience.
· Reduce operational labor costs through automation, AI, and streamlined contact center workflows.
· Lead, mentor, and grow a small team of Product Managers to achieve high-impact results and develop scalable experimentation and optimization processes.
· 10+ years in product management roles, ideally within technology-driven companies, fintech, or marketplaces.
· Proven experience building and leading small teams of Product Managers.
· Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA from a top-tier school is a plus.
· Demonstrated ability to apply AI to product and workflow innovation.
· Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience interfacing with engineering, data, design, and operations teams.
· General manager mindset: able to define vision, manage roadmap, drive execution, and measure outcomes.
· Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a focus on measurable business impact.
· Deep user empathy and a track record of delivering products that improve operational efficiency, revenue, and user experience.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience in marketplace businesses, lending, or financial services.
· Familiarity with automation tools, AI-driven product enhancements, and contact center technologies.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and cross-functional environment.
· Competitive compensation: $176,000 - $220,000 annually.
· Annual performance-based incentive program.
· Equity options and long-term incentive plans.
· 401(k) retirement plan with company contributions.
· Generous paid time off, including flexible vacation and 100% paid parental leave.
· Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, fully subsidized mental health, disability, and basic life coverage.
· Optional benefits including HSAs, FSAs, supplemental insurance, legal, and pet coverage.
· Up to $1,000 annually for professional development expenses.
· Employee referral programs and a collaborative, values-driven culture focused on impact, velocity, and teamwork.
