As the Growth Product Manager at Bounce, you’ll take full ownership of a fast-growing business line within our platform, responsible for defining its strategy, scaling its reach, and driving measurable impact across product and growth. You’ll operate like the GM of a startup inside Bounce: blending product thinking, data-driven experimentation, and operational excellence to unlock the next phase of growth.
You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, growth, operations, and design to craft scalable, self-reinforcing growth loops. This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of growth, strategy, and execution, someone who can build systems, not just run campaigns.

Own the end-to-end growth of a core Bounce business line, from acquisition and conversion to retention and monetization.

Define and execute the product and growth strategy, balancing short-term wins with long-term scalability.
Partner with engineering and design to deliver product features and experiments that improve acquisition funnels, user experience, and marketplace liquidity.
Develop scalable playbooks for growth across channels (SEO, performance marketing, product-led loops).
Analyze business performance, identify key levers, and prioritize initiatives that drive sustainable GMV growth.
Collaborate with leadership to define the roadmap, set KPIs, and communicate progress transparently across teams.
Lead with a hands-on mindset: from defining the problem to running the first experiment to scaling what works.
You have experience as a Product Manager or Growth Lead with a strong bias for ownership and measurable impact.
You’ve run a marketplace business END-TO-END, from channels
You’ve scaled products or business lines, ideally in marketplaces, travel, or local services, through a mix of product innovation and growth tactics.
You’re fluent in data: comfortable querying, analyzing, and using insights to guide product and business decisions.
You combine analytical depth with creative problem-solving, knowing when to optimize and when to reinvent.
You’re execution-focused and thrive in environments that reward autonomy and accountability.
You collaborate naturally across product, marketing, and operations to align strategy and drive results.
