Associate Producer - B2B (Remote - US)

This role offers the opportunity to help deliver unforgettable brand experiences by supporting and leading high-impact event production. You'll manage end-to-end program execution, from timeline coordination to vendor communication and client reporting. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this position allows you to both lead smaller-scale productions and support senior producers on complex projects. You’ll work cross-functionally with creative and strategic teams to ensure flawless event delivery. The role calls for agility, initiative, attention to detail, and a deep passion for experience-making.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage and execute event programs up to $500,000 with precision and professionalism.
  • Support senior and executive producers on larger activations, overseeing specific elements like vendor procurement, negotiations, and timely payments.
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation, production schedules, run-of-show outlines, and action lists.
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients, helping to translate production needs and timelines into actionable plans.
  • Own budget development and reconciliation for assigned projects or segments, and collaborate on larger budget structures.
  • Lead onboarding processes for freelance production staff and ensure adherence to internal compliance.
  • Ensure timely completion of team timesheets and expenses, and help foster a productive, process-oriented environment.
  • Coordinate logistics onsite, including lifting and setting up equipment, and remaining flexible with work hours and locations.
  • 3–4+ years of hands-on experience in event production, ideally in an agency setting.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Effective communicator with both internal teams and clients, adaptable to shifting priorities.
  • Comfortable with hybrid work, including onsite event support and physical activity such as lifting or kneeling.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Apple tools, project management platforms, and social media.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends when events demand it.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to travel.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of the wine & spirits industry, including marketing and regulatory considerations.
  • Salary range: $70,000–$90,000 (dependent on location, experience, and qualifications).
