Enterprise Account Executive - (Houston)

Corelight builds network detection and response solutions based on open-source innovations to help organizations speed incident response and proactively hunt threats. We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to own the Central (Houston) territory, develop relationships with enterprise and C-suite buyers, and consistently close business that demonstrates Corelight's value in cloud and network security.

Skills

  • 3–5+ years selling enterprise SaaS in cloud or security to named or territory accounts
  • Experience selling to multiple stakeholders and C-suite executives
  • Value-based solution selling and formal sales process execution
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills (CRM proficiency)
  • Ability to explain technical products to technical buyers
  • Territory and partner management experience
  • Willingness to travel regionally

Responsibilities

  • Develop and close new and expansion business to meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client business objectives and aligning Corelight solutions to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Sell across organizational levels, from technical end-users to C-suite decision makers.
  • Manage pipeline and maintain disciplined, expert-level forecasting in CRM.
  • Coordinate with Corelight partners and cross-functional teams to optimize market opportunities.
  • Travel regionally to meet customers and prospects as required.

Education

  • BA/BS or equivalent
  • Technical or business degree preferred, or 4 years equivalent cybersecurity experience
